at Hotel Vila Ombak / Ombak Villas and Cottages we use a comprehensive online booking system which ensures that your personal data is not vulnerable, room nights are guaranteed, no double bookings occur and that you the potential guest have the most comprehensive oversight over our enterprise's entire room categories and facilities.
However due to its comprehensive approach the booking system can require a slightly extended time period to load and can be a little difficult to navigate through. Therefore we have created an easy booking guide to ensure our guests can have the benefits of this booking system without being overwhelmed.
This easy booking guide is automatically loaded on this page (below the “Download Easy Booking Guide” hyperlink) or is available for download so that you can have a constant reference whilst making your booking (please click the “Download Easy Booking Guide” hyperlink to download the guide.).
If you are familiar with the G-Wiz booking system you can directly “Proceed to Booking” by clicking the below hyperlink, otherwise it is highly recommended you download the “booking guide” and take 2 minutes to look over it.

| Step One: |
Pick your arrival date . Place your mouse cursor over your planned arrival date and select it using left click.
In the example below we have shown the above method and indicated where the calendar is (for our example the 1st of October 2009 is selected).

| Step Two: |
Pick your departure date. Place your mouse cursor over your planned departure date and select it using left click (all selected dates including your arrival and departure date should become highlighted in black).
In the example below the 6th of October is selected.

| Step Three: |
Select your room category . After selecting your desired stay period (Steps one and two) the system will automatically calculate the price of your stay in all of Hotel Vila Ombak / Ombak Villas and Cottages room categories. However because Hotel Vila Ombak / Ombak Villas and Cottages offer several room categories the system will not automatically select your desired room category. To select our exclusive room categories please left click on your desired room category (either the Lumbung Seaside Rooms or the Lumbung Beach Cottages ).
In the example below the Lumbung Beach Cottage room category is used.

| Step Four: |
Indicate the number of occupants. Please indicate the number of adults and children (defined as any occupant below the age of 12) that will be occupying your room. This is done by left clicking the plus “ + ” and minus “ – ” buttons next to both “Adults” and “ Children”. If you are travelling with children please also complete “Step Four.1”.
In the example below one adult and zero children are indicated.

| Step Four.1: |
Indicate the age of your children. If you are travelling with children please indicate their ages in the provided boxes. This is done by left clicking the boxes with question marks “ ? ” in them that appear after and under add / subtract children section, highlighting the question mark “ ? ” and indicating your child(ren)'s age.
In the example below two children with the ages of 12 and 10 are specified.

| Step Five: |
Add item to basket . Once you have filled out the information in Steps One to Four(.1) proceed to “Add this item to your basket” by left clicking the “Add this item to your basket” button.

You will be asked whether you “Would like to add a new room or continue with your booking?”. If you wish to “Book an Additional Room” left click the “Book Additional Room” button and repeat Steps One to Five for the following room category. If you wish to continue with your booking left click the “Continue Booking” button. In our example “Continue Booking” is selected.

| Step Six: |
Confirm your booking. Please check all your booking details.
If they are correct confirm your booking by left clicking the “Confirm Booking” button. If a message appears stating that “There are currently no rates available” please proceed to Step Six.1.

Close the dialog box by left clicking the “ X ” in the top right-hand corner of the dialog box.

The statement that there are currently no rates available indicates that the booking time is too close to the desired stay time for the booking system to display specific rates. If you wish to make a confirmed booking for this time period please contact our sales office directly

and request a quotation for your desired stay period. If you wish to make a booking for a different time period please proceed to

Remove your previous booking from your basket
by left clicking the small plus “ + ” under ‘ 3 Booking Details -->Total Cost

and then left clicking the little red “ X ” next to your booking. Repeat Steps One to Six for your new booking. We apologize for this inconvenience.

| Step Seven: |
Complete Reservation & Information Form. Please check all details and make sure you have an accepted credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express or JCB). Proceed to fill out the booking form's required fields (indicated by an asterix “ * ”), indicate that you accept the deposit and cancellation policies and left click the “Make Reservation” button. If the details are not correct please continue to Step Seven.1

| Step Seven.1: |
Change incorrect details. If your details were not correct please click the “View/Edit Previous Page” button. This will navigate you back to the previous page where you can then change the incorrect details. After having corrected your details continue from Step 6.
